The Smart Strata Community Education Seminar Series has officially wrapped up for the first half of 2025, culminating in a fantastic final event in Townsville last night, following the engaging sessions on the Gold Coast. Kicking off in Brisbane, the series also visited the Sunshine Coast, Airlie Beach, and Cairns—reaching over 400registrations across Queensland.

This series explored Committee Membership and By-law Lifecycles, sparking insightful discussions and empowering strata communities with practical tools for effective governance.
